1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  • 1.1 Any individual person, over 18 years old, may participate in Bolão Vip, registering directly and free at the website www.bolaovip.com.br, by informing their personal data, such as full name, gender, birth date, State and contact e-mail. At that time, they will receive a password and login that will enable them to access the personal panel in order to participate.
  • 1.2 When all requested information are completed, the registration completion will be assured to the participant, in such a way that, if for any reason the registration is interrupted or precluded, there will be a new opportunity to register.
  • 1.3 In order to participate in Bolão Vip, you need to unconditionally agree with the Terms of Use.
  • 1.4 The participant may choose to become a MEMBER, according to the membership plans and payment methods offered.
  • 1.5 Both PARTICIPANTS and MEMBERS can create groups in any tournament.
  • 1.6 The participation in EXCLUSIVE TOURNAMENT groups is permitted only to MEMBERS or the group creator.
  • 1.7 Under the participation page, the participant will see the groups of which they are a part of and/or which they administer.
  • 1.8 Each group created at Bolão Vip has rules related to its creator, and the participation may also be moderated, therefore, the Bolão Vip team does not interfere in such cases, except when there is some practice that does not comply with the Bolão Vip’s Rules.
  • 1.8.1 Bolão Vip is not responsible for voluntary exclusions of groups or for the exclusion of members, therefore, we suggest that you do not participate in groups organized by people the user does not know.
  • 1.9 The predictions will be made at each game, in "time windows" associated to each stage of the tournaments. The games will only be published, so predictions can be made on each stage, as the results from the respective stage are verified. Upon the beginning of the Coverage, the participant may make their predictions on the results of all games published, stage to stage, assuring that the predictions may only be made or modified in up to 05 (five) minutes before the beginning of each game and the several stages of the Coverage,
  • 1.9.1 In case there is a failure in the registered time for the games in Bolão Vip, the users that change or add the score in an inadequate time window (after the beginning of the match) will have their predictions VOIDED, with no possibility of reconsideration or returning to the previous prediction.
  • 1.9.2 We assure the registration of predictions made up to 24h previously to the time the matches begin. Users that choose to add predictions after this deadline may face instability problems or problems with data processing.
  • 1.9.3 In case the site in unavailable, whether or not during the days the match will happen, the predictions that have been previously registered will be considered, with no possibility to void a score, except in cases in which the Bolão Vip team deems strictly necessary.
  • 1.10 According to the item above, the participant’s "predictions" related to the games shall be made contemplating the score and/or the number of goals of each team in the same game.
  • 1.11 The results after the predictions are verified will be published at all times in up to 24 (twenty-four) hours after each match has ended, according to the official schedule from the respective championship.
  • 1.11.1The results will be verified after the answers/prognosis indicated by the participants are checked against the official results from the games, obtaining the ratio of accumulated points in each stage, considering the tie-break criteria indicated in the Bolão Vip Rules.
  • 1.12 Is expressly prohibited the inclusion of any obscene or pornography images on bolaovip.com.br. Users who break this policy will have their account deleted

2. EXCLUSIVE TOURNAMENTS

  • 2.1 Each season, Bolão VIP will inform, on its website, which tournaments will be Free and which will be Exclusive.
  • 2.2 The participation in EXCLUSIVE TOURNAMENTS is restricted to MEMBERS and the group creator.

3. MEMBERSHIP

  • 3.1 Once a participant chooses a membership and the payment is confirmed, he/she automatically becomes a MEMBER and will be granted UNLIMITED participation in all of the website's groups.
  • 3.2 Bolão VIP offers 02 (two) membership plans, ANNUAL and MONTHLY, with automatic renewal.

4. GROUP LICENSING

  • 4.1 The creator of the group can license his/her group, giving free access to its participants. To do so, he/she will need to subscribe to a plan that corresponds to the number of participants in the group.
  • 4.2 The payment of the plan is the sole responsibility of the group creator. Bolão Vip will not share the value among its participants.
  • 4.3 The approval or non-approval of participants in a licensed and moderated group is done by the group creator.
  • 4.4 A single rate will be charged, valid until the end of the tournament for which the group is created. In case you need to increase the number of participants, the group creator will have to upgrade the plan by paying the difference between them.
  • 4.5 Both members and non-members may participate in the group.
  • 4.6 The total number of participants will be the sum of members, non-members and the group creator.

5. RENEWAL / RENEWAL CANCELLATION - BOLÃO VIP MEMBER PLAN

  • 5.1 The membership plan will be automatically renewed according to its expiration date.
  • 5.2 If the participant does not wish to renew the membership, he/she must inform Bolão VIP with 5 days notice prior to the expiration date, so that a new charge doesn't occur. If the notice is given in less time, the renewal will be cancelled the following month.

6. SCORE

  • 6.1 The participants’ score will be made in relation to the prognosis for the results and scores of matches, as explained below. By "result" we understand the indication of victory/defeat from this or that team (including the regular time and excluding overtime and penalties, if any). The score of the guesses will be made based on the following non-cumulative criteria:
  • Predicting that the match will have a winner

    Getting the right score – 25 points
    Getting the score from the winning team – 18 points
    Getting the difference of goals between the winner and the loser – 15 points
    Getting the score of the losing team – 12 points
    Getting only the losing team – 10 points
  • Predicting that the match will end in a tie
  • Getting exactly the right score – 25 points
    Getting an non-exact tie – 15 points
    Estimated prediction (you prediction on a tie and one of the teams won) – 04 points
  • These points will be multiplied by the weight of the game..
  • 6.2 This scoring system will have different weights, according to the respective Coverage stage.
  • 6.2.1 The championships start with the weight of the games equal to 10 and, at each week of games, the weight increases in 1, except for championships that last for less than 60 days, such as the World Cup. In these cases, the weight will increase in 1, by day of the game, instead of weeks of game.

7. TIE-BREAK CRITERIA

  • 7.1 For tie-break purposes, the following criteria, in the respective order, will be considered:
  • The greater number of right predictions in relation to the full score (FS);
    The greater number of right predictions in relation to the winner’s score (WS);
    The greater number of right predictions in relation to the difference of goals (DG);
    The greater number of right predictions in relation to the loser’s score (LS);
    The greater number of right predictions in relation to the winners;
    The greater anticipation of predictions (accumulated time) (AT);
    Exact date and time when you joined the group;

8. CORPORATE GROUP

  • 8.1 Groups with corporate purposes are only allowed upon previous hiring of one of the solutions available at Bolão Vip’s online shop
  • 8.2 Groups created without hiring the "Corporate Group" solution with any reference to a certain company, whether in the description, avatar our reviews, shall be deleted without any previous notice. In addition, groups that present mainly corporate e-mails, from the same company, may also be deemed as Corporate Group, and it shall be subject to deletion as above mentioned.
  • Important: Even if none of the rules above apply, in case the Bolão Vip team considers that a certain group is a corporate group, it may be blocked with no previous notice.

9. AWARDS

  • 9.1 Bolão Vip is not responsible for awards of any kind offered to the participants of groups, since the awards are the full responsibility of their creators. The only exception is an attribution of an award previously expressed by the Bolão Vip team.
  • 9.1.1 The abovementioned is also valid for groups of companies that use Corporate Group solutions.

10. GENERAL DISPOSITIONS

  • 10.1 Bolão Vip’s team is not responsible for data transmission problems of the server, phone lines or user access providers, as well as for mistakes in reading or, also, for lack of electrical power, not excluding other situations resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
  • 10.2 Doubts not foreseen in the Bolão Vip Rules may be clarified in Bolão Vip’s "Help" topic or may be asked through the support e-mail (suporte@bolaovip.com.br) or through the social networks Twitter
  • 10.3 The participants that try to fraud or evade the rules established in the Bolão Vip Rules will be automatically deleted from Bolão Vip. The Bolão Vip Rules may be changed due to force majeure reasons, such as, for example, but not limited to, reasons of damaging manipulation or infection by computer viruses.
  • 10.4 By participating in Bolão Vip, the participant agrees in receiving e-mails related to the Bolão Vip site
  • 10.5 Occasional sales offered by the Bolão Vip team or by partner Companies and/or companies that have hired solutions shall have their own rules, which shall apply together with the clauses herein.
  • 10.6 Your participation in Bolão Vip characterizes the unrestricted acceptance of all terms and conditions in the Bolão Vip Rules, and it is not bound to the acquisition of any goods, products or services, as they are completely free.
  • 10.7 All and any situation unforeseen in the Bolão Vip Rules, as well as occasional omission cases, shall be exclusively decided by the Bolão Vip team.
