1. Is there any cost to participate in a Football Group?
No. You pay nothing to participate or to create groups. Bolão Vip is completely free to users!
2. How do I create a Football Group?
First you need to login on Bolão Vip site, informing your e-mail and password, for that it is necessary to be registered on the site.
Once you are logged in on the website, click on "Create Group", in the upper right field.
Enter the requested data and click on Finish Now.
3. How do I participate in a Football Group?
For participating, access the homepage of the football group in which you are interested, on the upper right side, and click on the "Participate" button. You must be logged in on Bolão Vip site.
You can also search for a group. The search field is located on the top of the website.
If the Group is public, your participation will be automatically approved.
If the Group is moderated, your request will be sent to the Group owner, who shall decide on your participation.
You can view all your groups accessing the Homepage tag, located on the page upper right corner. Then, click on the "History" tag.
4. What are the advantages of being a member of Bolão VIP?
Bolão VIP members can participate in unlimited groups, including those of exclusive and special tournaments such as Brasileirão A and B, main European Championships, Copa America, Olympics, World Cup, among others.
The member will identified as VIP Member with an icon in the group ranking and enjoy all of the website's advantages.
5. Can I create a group for an exclusive tournament without being a member?
Yes. Any participant can create a group, regardless if the tournament is OPEN or EXCLUSIVE, but participation in an exclusive tournament group will be allowed only if the participant is a member, or if the group creator subscribes to a plan that allows free access.
6. Can I give my non-member friends access to an exclusive tournament group?
This is only possible with the licensing of the group. This option appears when the group is created. In the list of active groups, there will be a "Allow Free Access" button for all the groups in exclusive tournaments. Clicking on it, you should choose the plan according to the number of people you wish to give free access.
7. I subscribed to the plan that gives free access to participants. Is the value a monthly payment or a one-time fee?
This plan has a one time fee that is valid until the end of the tournament.
8. I wish to subscribe to the plan that allows free access to participants. Will Bolão Vip divide the value among each group participant?
No. The payment is made 100% by the group creator. If he/she wishes to divide among the participants, this shall be done outside of Bolão VIP.
9. I want to increase the number of participants in the plan I subscribed. How can I do so?
The upgrade is done by exchanging for a higher plan. In other words, if your plan allows 25 participants, you can change at any time to 50 or unlimited. You will only pay the difference between plans.
10. I subscribed to a plan that gives free access to participants and created a moderated group. Will participation requests count towards my limit or only the approved participants?
Participation requests will be counted until you refuse them. The management of who will participate in the group is entirely yours.
11. How do I invite a friend to join my Football Group?
For inviting a friend to join your group, just send an e-mail to your friend with your group direct link.
12. How do I put my Predictions on a Football Group?
First you need to join at least one group.
For joining a group you must register on Bolão Vip and confirm the registration e-mail on Bolão Vip website.
Then, on the group homepage, in the upper left menu, click on "Participate".
If the Group is public, your participation will be automatically approved.
If the Group is being moderated, your request will be sent to the Group owner for the approval. If approved, your participation in this Group will be confirmed.
After your participation in the group is confirmed, access the "History" tag that will be available in the "Homepage" tag, located on the top right menu. On this page, you will have access to your groups, and then simply click on "image".
Another way is to access the group page and click on the left side on "Predictions".
Remember that you need to be logged in on the site.
13. Can the companies create Football Groups?
Groups created by companies on the Bolão Vip are not free.
The interested companies shall contract one of the plans available in the "Business Solutions" tag; otherwise, it can be disabled at any moment, without notice.
The "Business Solutions" tag can be found on the website footer.
14. How is the Groups punctuation determined?
The points are determined by the following criteria, non-cumulative:
Predicting that the game will have a winner.
Correct exact score – 25 points.
Correct score of the winning team – 18 points.
Correct difference in goals between the winner and the loser - 15 points.
Correct score of the losing team – 12 points.
Just the winning team is correct – 10 points.
Predicting that the match will finish tied.
Correct exact score – 25 points.
Correct tie not exact – 15 points.
Stimulated Prediction (guessed on the tied score and a team won) – 04 points.
These points will be multiplied by the game weight.
For group scoring purposes, in all games, only the normal time result (1st. and 2nd. half) will be considered. The results of extra time or penalty disputes will not be considered.
15. Why does my Football Group no longer appear on the homepage?
On the homepage you can find all the groups related to active championships. After 7 calendar days of the championship end, the group will be filed in the "History" tag.
16. How do the games weight work?
The championships begin with the games weight equal to 10 and each games week the weight increases by 1, with the following exception:
The championships with less than 60 days, like the World Cup, the weight will increase by 1 each day of matches, instead of games week.
17. Why does the stimulated prediction exist?
When you guess on a tie you can score points on the following criteria:
Predicting that the match will finish tied.
Correct exact score – 25 points.
Correct tie not exact – 15 points.
When you guess that one of the teams will win you can score points on the following criteria:
Predicting that the game will have a winner.
Correct exact score – 25 points.
Correct score of the winning team – 18 points.
Correct difference in goals between the winner and the loser - 15 points.
Correct score of the losing team – 12 points.
Just winning team is correct – 10 points.
So the guess on the tie score is statistically the one with less probability. For not leaving this option unused by VIP Predictor users, we created the Stimulated Prediction. In this case you just need to predict the tie and you already ensure at least 04 points.
Proven with the website history, the user that only uses this criterion will score in all matches; however, he/she will be far from winning the dispute, because it is a criterion that is very low scored.
18.Can anyone see the predictions that I entered?
No one can see your predictions until 5 minutes before the corresponding game. After this period, Bolão Vip closes the possibility to predict and the corresponding prediction may be consulted by any person.
With this Bolão Vip allows the full transparency of the groups.
19. Is there a possibility of having a tie in the ranking of the Group I participate? What are the tie-breaker criteria?
There is no possibility of a tie. The tie-breaker criteria used, in this order, are:
The greatest number of correct score in full;
The greatest number of correct winner's score;
The greatest number of correct difference of goals;
The greatest number of correct loser's score;
The greatest number of correct winners;
The greatest advance of predictions (accumulated time);
The exact date and time of the day that entered the group;

21. How can I change my registration data?
For changing your registration data, simply login and click on the "Homepage" button, on the top right menu. Then click on the "Configuration" tag and change your registration data.
When you finish your changes, click on the "Save" button located on the right side of the page where you changed the information.
22. How can I change my password?
For changing your password, simply login and click on the "Homepage" button located on the on the top right menu and choose the option "Change Password".
Change your password, and click on the "Save" button.
23. I cannot access my account or I forgot my password.
Did you forget your password? Click on the option "I forgot my password", located on the upper right corner, below the "Password" box.
Enter your e-mail and click on the "Send" button. The system will send a new password to your e-mail address registered on Bolão Vip site.
